DATA DELETION

1. Enter the email you used to take the assessment.
2. Submit. We send a magic link to that email within a few minutes.
3. Click the magic link. It opens a settings page where you confirm the deletion.
4. We process the deletion within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

The two-step confirmation exists so a stranger cannot delete your data by guessing your email.

• Your responses to the 70 assessment questions.
• Your computed dimension scores.
• Your archetype assignment and report content.
• The visual scorecard images we generated for you.
• Your email association with the above.
• Your payment metadata via Stripe is unwound to the extent Stripe's records permit; the Stripe charge itself remains in their financial records as required by law.

The aggregate scoring parameters that have already been derived from the data set. The empirical percentile distributions and per-archetype weights the scorer uses are statistical summaries of the population. That parameter file does not contain your individual responses, your individual scores, or anything that could be reverse-engineered to identify you. Your individual record is gone. The math the population produced lives on.

If you want your assessment excluded from periodic recalibration runs specifically, email hello@reckon.report and we will exclude your record from the aggregate. After a calibration run has executed, individual records can still be deleted but the aggregate cannot be unwound.

Submitting a deletion request does not automatically refund you. If you also want a refund, submit one from the refund page before requesting deletion.

Email hello@reckon.report from any address and we will work with you to verify ownership through other means and process the deletion. Do not expect this to be instant; it requires manual verification.

This page is the primary self-serve mechanism for the right-to-deletion under both GDPR and CCPA. If you also want to exercise the right to access, the right to portability, or any other data-protection right, email hello@reckon.report and we will respond within the timelines required by the applicable law (30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA).
