REFUND POLICY

Seven days, no questions asked. The how and the why.

01 · Process

HOW THIS WORKS

  1. Enter the email you used to take the assessment, or paste the magic-link from your report email.
  2. Optionally tell us why so we can improve the product.
  3. Submit. We refund via Stripe within 1 to 2 business days. The funds appear on your card within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

02 · Auto-refunds

AUTO-REFUNDS

If our system failed to generate your report after 48 hours of automatic retries, you have already been refunded. Check your inbox for an email titled "Reckon: report generation failed and your purchase has been refunded." If you don't see it, email hello@reckon.report and we will look it up by your email address.

03 · Scope

WHAT YOU KEEP, WHAT WE DELETE

Submitting a refund does not automatically delete your assessment data. If you want both the refund and the data removed, do the refund first, then submit a deletion request from the data deletion page.

If you keep the data, your report URL stays accessible. Some people want the report on file even after refunding. Either is fine.

04 · Exceptions

OUTSIDE THE 7-DAY WINDOW

If something genuinely went wrong with your report and the 7-day window has passed, email hello@reckon.report and explain what happened. We are not robots and we do not enforce the 7-day cutoff against legitimate complaints. The window exists so we can keep the policy simple, not so we can deny refunds we should have honored.
